(1) Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity who violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500 for the first violation and not more than $7,500 for a second or subsequent violation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the penalty for violating an ordinance regarding traffic or parking shall not exceed $2,500.

(2) Each day a violation exists shall be considered a separate violation, and a court may assess a fine for each day the violation exists. [Ord. 18-04, 2018.]
