10.05.110 Motorcycle defined.

“Motorcycle” means a motor vehicle with motive power that:
(1) Has a seat or saddle for the use of the rider;
(2) Is designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground; and
(3) Satisfies the operational and equipment specifications described in 49 CFR 571 and IC 9-19.
The term includes an autocycle, but does not include a farm tractor, an electric bicycle, or a motor driven cycle. [Added during 2020 recodification.]
