The clerk-treasurer of the town of Homecroft shall be designated as the violations clerk for the town of Homecroft. Said town clerk-treasurer shall set forth a listing designating thereon the specific ordinances which shall be subject to an established fine as set out in this code or HMC 11.10.020 for the violation thereof, and the violation of which may be admitted before the clerk-treasurer or court and the amount of the civil penalty for the admitted violation may be assessed for the admitted violation, which listing shall be attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, kept on file with said clerk-treasurer in the permanent records of the town of Homecroft, and duly published and enacted, pursuant to the laws of the state of Indiana.
