3.15.020 Fee – Collection and receipt.

The town marshal or his duly designated deputies shall issue a receipt, General Form No. 352, in the amount of $5.00, for each fee collected for a vehicle inspected by said officer. [Ord. 88-9-1 § 2, 1988.]
