It shall be a violation of this code for any person to fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Any person found violating this chapter shall be fined a minimum civil penalty of $75.00 for each violation. [Amended during 2020 recodification; Code 1982 Art. 1, Ch. 4, § 5.]
