In addition to any penalty prescribed by this chapter, the town marshal, duly appointed deputy marshal, or fire chief of the town fire department shall cause any fire not conforming to the provisions of this chapter to be extinguished. [Code 1982 Art. 2, Ch. 5, § 4.]
