It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon any vehicle within the corporate limits of the town of Homecroft. For the purpose of this section, “abandoned vehicle” shall mean the same as the meaning that is given in HMC 1.05.050. [Amended during 2020 recodification; Code 1982 Art. 3, Ch. 5, § 6.]
