(1) It is a violation of this code for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, continue, use or maintain or permit to be erected, continued, used or maintained in any place or upon any premises owned, controlled, or operated by him within the corporate limits of the town of Homecroft any condition, trade, employment, or business injurious to health or indecent, or offensive to the senses or an obstruction to the free use of property so as to interfere with the enjoyment of the property of any other person.

(2) Any person found violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined a minimum civil penalty of $75.00 for each violation. [Amended during 2020 recodification; Code 1982 Art. 1, Ch. 2, §§ 1, 2.]
