It is unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other person having the legal custody and control of any minor person to permit such minor, if under the age of 18 years, to be or remain in or upon any of the streets, alleys, parks or other public places within the town limits in violation of this chapter.

The town council has determined that the times specified in IC 31-37-3-2 and 31-37-3-3 are later than are reasonable for public safety under the conditions found to exist in the town of Homecroft and therefore the town council has decided, by ordinance, to advance the curfew time within the jurisdiction of the town as provided in IC 31-37-3-4.
