(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit noisy or riotous persons, or persons of disorderly character, to assemble in any house owned, occupied or controlled by him.

(2) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any person or group of persons gathered on his property or in any house owned or occupied by him to disturb the peace of any neighborhood within the corporate limits of the town of Homecroft. [Code 1982 Art. 2, Ch. 4, §§ 1, 2.]
