The municipal code of the town of Homecroft, Marion County, Indiana submitted to the town council on August 27, 2020, consisting of HMC Titles 1 through 13, inclusive, and entitled “Municipal Code of Homecroft, Indiana,” two copies of the Homecroft Municipal Code are on file in the office of the clerk-treasurer for public inspection, is hereby ordained and declared to be, in its entirety, a restatement or reenactment of the original ordinances of the town of Homecroft, Indiana, and amendments and revisions thereto, excepting only with respect to those parts of the municipal code which are explanatory to the town.
