Pursuant to the provisions of I.C 36-1-5-1 et seq., the codification of town ordinances submitted to the town council on August 27, 2020, and entitled “Municipal Code of Homecroft, Indiana,” and then updated to the town’s website on March 30, 2021, is hereby ordained, enacted and adopted as the formal recodification, restatement and reenactment of the ordinances of the town of Homecroft, Marion County, Indiana; provided, however, that if there are any valid and existing ordinances of the town of Homecroft, Indiana, that are not contained within or referenced within the municipal code, such ordinances shall remain in full force and effect, and the omission from this municipal code shall not be considered a repeal of any such ordinance, as it is the intent of the town council to reenact and restate existing town ordinances by the adoption of the municipal code provided for herein.
