Any person found in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be fined the sum of $20.00 for each violation if the fine is paid within 10 days of the date of the violation. If the fine is not paid within 10 days of the date of the violation then the fine shall increase to $40.00 for each violation. If the fine is not then paid within 20 days of the date of the violation then the fine shall increase to $60.00 per violation plus the costs of any collection action including, but not limited to, court costs.
