11.10.080 Procedure on denial of violation, failure to appear or failure to pay.

If a person upon whom a citation is served pursuant to this chapter:
(1) Appears and denies the violation; or
(2) Fails to appear and either admit or deny the violation within 10 days of issuance of the citation; or
(3) Fails to pay the specified civil penalty within 10 days after admitting the violation,
the violations clerk shall report such circumstances to the town marshal for appropriate administrative or judicial proceedings against such person. [Added during 2020 recodification.]
