(1) Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Workers’ compensation insurance coverage will be provided for each reserve police officer who is qualified under the rules and regulations of the Homecroft police department.

(2) Uniform Allowance. Reserve police officers will be allotted an amount determined by the town council in its annual salary ordinance each calendar year for a uniform allowance. A reserve police officer qualifies for a clothing allowance after he/she completes the Homecroft police department FTO training program.
