(1) Any vehicle found parked in violation of this chapter may be impounded and towed to the lot of the wrecker service.

(2) Any vehicle impounded as required by subsection (1) of this section shall be released to the owner of the vehicle only after following the vehicle release procedure established by the Homecroft town marshal.

(3) The owner of any vehicle impounded as required by subsection (1) of this section shall be prima facie liable for all costs of the impoundment and storage. [Amended during 2020 recodification; Code 1982 Art. 3, Ch. 2, § 5.]
